Israel and Greece may be separated by only a relatively small number of kilometers, but for two nearby Mediterranean democracies full of tanned people who love grape leaves and salty cheese, they aren't particularly chummy.  Red Flower aims to change that with its Israeli twist on rebetiko, a salty booze-drugs-and-women-focused urban Greek musical style, commonly known as Greek blues. The band has won accolades in Greece and collaborated with native rebetiko artists. If we can agree on the blues, everything else should fall into place.
